Luv1self hi, I do not know why you would be happy to try if bites Hoodia Hoodia three brands that have not work for you. With Hoodia Bites go, it only contains 250 mg. which is not as though Hoodia pills and liquids. It is a good amount of candy Hoodia while most people say you need at least 1200 mg per day for the suppression of appetite. You would need to eat at least 5 candy per day, it would be inconvenient and expensive for me. They say they are certified, but I do not certify their CITES website. There is an unbiased Hoodia Candy Comparison http://hoodiagordonii.totalink.com/hoodiacandy.html, they also have some good topics for you since you have tried Hoodia far did not work. Hi, I'm struggling with weight loss, and wonder about the hoodia. Have any of you used it and what does …. Details please. More importantly – side effects [apparently he doesn't have any]. I need details …. how much weight loss, how long etc.
I use a system of weight loss Pile Body Tune Up with a glass of ice cream protein boost citrus supplements and herbal. They have hoodia in them. In the first 2-3 days I noticed that I ate less and I was not as hungry. If this is the hoodia or a combination of all ingredients I was less hungry, I do not know. I attribute it to the hoodia. Hello, My first thoughts will improve your diet (Acai get some!), and exercise. Hoodia will help you eat less, yes – but the exercise and diet which will tone you and looking great. Having said that, if you want to take a supplement why Hoodia Hoodia Gordonii Plus? This is an extract 10:1 which means although said 400mg, you'll only get 40 mg. You're better off getting a Hoodia powder supplement which has a full 400mg (or other) per capsule. Also, from my glance at their websites, they have no independent testing of their product. You only want to buy Hoodia products have been independently tested to ensure they are genuine. Look out for testing by either or Alkemist Pharmaceuticals Chromodex. AFAIK, they are the only two companies that have allowed a test (the company who "discovered" the active molecule in Hoodia – 'Phytopharm "). These test results are really the only security you need to know that you buy the real thing. Hope this helps, VSC
