Luv1self hi, I do not know why you would be happy to try if bites Hoodia Hoodia three brands that have not work for you. With Hoodia Bites go, it only contains 250 mg. which is not as though Hoodia pills and liquids. It is a good amount of candy Hoodia while most people say you need at least 1200 mg per day for the suppression of appetite. You would need to eat at least 5 candy per day, it would be inconvenient and expensive for me. They say they are certified, but I do not certify their CITES website. The best way to lose weight is to cut down on portions and foods.
-eat lots of veggies and fruits
-drink a lot of water
-no sodas (if you do then drink ONE at meal time or just on the one day you splurge)
-no fried foods
-eat whole wheat breads instead of white(this goes for pastas as well try not to eat pastas if you do then try the whole wheat ones)
-drink low-fat or soy milk instead of whole.
-exercise or walk at least 1-2 miles a day
-If your not a vegan, eat more fish and chicken then red meat.
I made all those changes and I did lose weight not only that but your skin will feel better. About 2mths into that I decided to take some pills and I bought herbal life it speed up the process of losing weight, I only took it for 3mths, and I maintained my weight since buy the changes I had made prior to that. Only it does get a little expensive, but I can say Herbal Life did work for me.
