I use a system of weight loss Pile Body Tune Up with a glass of ice cream protein boost citrus supplements and herbal. They have hoodia in them. In the first 2-3 days I noticed that I ate less and I was not as hungry. If this is the hoodia or a combination of all ingredients I was less hungry, I do not know. I attribute it to the hoodia.
