Have you ever tried the pill or NuPhedrine Hoodia P57. or alli?
I read the info on the pill Alli, and I thought it had a bunch of bull, but when I was in the websit (skinnyondiets.com), he talks about all the pills for food, and saw the two others they have evidence that they work well I just want to know if anyone has tried it and if they work or what is the best. I exercise for 2 weeks and reduce food, but I had a baby 5 months ago and its hard to get the weight.
I tried NuPhedrine and Alli. Neither are great or miracle pills. Alli works by eliminating 25% of fat you eat. Alli I did not b / c when I got close to 15 g fat you are allowed per meal, I would have unpleasant side effects. You do not have to Shart more than one time to make the pill is not worth it! NuPhedrine In my opinion, this is a huge scam. There is little to stop hunger and claims you automatically burn an extra 500 calories per day are a bunch of bull! One call to customer service NuPhedrine is sufficient for you to realize you've been ripped off. People are rude and unprofessional. I expect my refund, but doubt it will happen. I have not tried Hoodia P57. I have tried many diet pills and my honest advice to you is to get more exercise and eat healthy, with lots of fruits and vegetables. I know that exercise is difficult to do, but once you start to feel good! I bought a stationary bike and inexpensive Ride 5 miles per day to burn about 500 calories. Make sure you take a multivitamin and drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Good luck!
