Any feedback on Lida Daidaihua?
Particularly – side effects, at some point I tried herbalife and hoodia and it caused me nausea, my ears hurt and I had heart palpitations. I heard Lida Daidaihua is supposed to be side-effect free. Any information from actual users is appreciated.
hi, i used Lida Daidaihua for 3 weeks then stopped them for a month,and i just started taking them again 2 days ago.during the month off i increased my excercise regime and all together i’ve lost around 10kg. however these tablets are certainly not side-effect free!i’ve had heart palpitations throat tightness chest tightness,nausea and excess thirst..and a total lack of any appetite, i once realised i’d gone for almost 3 days without eating,which cant be healthy im thinking of stopping taking them because although the weight loss is great, the side effects..not so great!
